Applications for Admission to the Reception Year 2022 will be available from Monday 6th September 2021
Closing date for applications is Saturday 15th January 2022
For all admissions to Reception please ensure that you complete the online Local Authority form.
In order that your application can be processed in line with our admissions policy, please also complete our school Supplementary Faith form this is available in this section of the school website.
To reduce the need to attend the school we are now operating an online application form. Please ensure that this is completed by 15th January 2022 and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Proof of address and baptism will be required in accordance with our Admissions Policy. These will need to be sent electronically with your application form.
Acceptable proof of address is your latest council tax statement. A recent utility bill (within the last three months), gas,electric,water or telephone.
